A simple digital control panel makes it easy to select and monitor temperatures from 0.5°C to 5°C, keeping salad fresh and hygienic for the duration of your shift. True's patented forced air cooling system maintains a consistent temperature across all pans as well as the two-door cabinet below. The cabinet interior offers up to 278 litres of usable storage space with four heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves to keep ingredients well organised. During quiet spells, an insulated slide-down lid covers the gastronorms to protect contents from contamination, reducing energy consumption. The lid can also be removed for easy cleaning. The interior of the salad prep fridge features a stainless steel floor with coved corners as well as an NSF-approved clear-coated aluminium liner, while the stainless steel exterior ensures effortless cleaning inside and out. Food prep can be carried out on the 1229 x 299mm chopping board. Made from NSF-approved white polyethylene, the 13mm thick board is perfect for chopping, slicing and dicing ingredients to keep the GN pans full.
