The contact grill features a generous 210 x210mm cooking area and matching top plate that simultaneously heat food from both the top and bottom. The ribbed plates not only ensure the food you are presenting is aesthetically pleasing, thanks to the smart grill lines, but are also highly practical as they channel the fat and grease away from the food. Built from a mixture of 430 stainless steel and tough cast iron, the durable grill is ideal for everyday use in busy kitchens. The cast iron cooking plates also benefit from excellent heat retention to further decrease cooking times. There is also a removable grease collection tray included for a quick and easy clean up.
