Built primarily from a mixture of 430 stainless steel and tough cast iron, the grill's durable design makes it ideal for everyday use. The cast iron cooking plates provide excellent heat retention to further decrease cooking times. The removable grease collection tray makes clear-up quick and simple. Plus, the contact grill is user friendly thanks to simple control dial that allows you to adjust cooking temperatures as needed.
